At Brancott Estate, we've had an eye on the future right from the start. From purchasing land across Marlborough and planting the region's first Sauvignon Blanc vines, to building a world-class winery and exporting globally – our forward-thinking mindset shapes everything we do. We want to inspire others to see the world with fresh eyes.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards along New Zealand’s East Coast. A blend of aromatic varieties was used, harvested by machine and gently pressed to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, or fermented on skins for colour and body. After fermentation the wine was carefully blended to achieve the lightest pink colour, and fresh, primary aromas. The wine was stabilised and filtered to bottle, with no oak being used in the winemaking for a pure, fruit-driven style.

Food Pairing: Enjoy this vibrant wine with fresh summer crab, a goats cheese and cured meats platter, or a classic retro Waldorf salad with walnut and apple. Serve outdoors with Greek chicken skewers on the BBQ, served with tzatziki and ripe beef tomatoes in a warm pitta, and rainbow fruit salad of melon, strawberry and kiwi fruit for dessert.
