Aromas of white peach with apple and nougat. Hints of citrus fruit like mandarin, lemon & lime join theses too. Rich oak flavours the wine coming from French barrels, plus vanilla notes and a buttery texture, with a slight minerality at the end. This wine is balanced and refreshing with ample volume and balanced acidity.
Food Pairing: Fresh shellfish, Sushi, Rich Fish, white meats like pork and sausages.

Intense red aromas of strawberries, figs, tobacco, vanilla and toasted oak. Lots of strawberry, figs and blackberry on the front and mid palate while on the finish a delightful spicy and coffee combination is to be had. Medium body, soft and round elegant tannins with character, finishing long.
Food Pairing: Try on its own, and, with red meats, like a South American style BBQ, cheeses, pastas with cheese based sauces, red sauce, and beef empanadas.
