The PR-766 does not have power headrest or power lumbar — it is a 2-zone chair (back and footrest only). It does not reach Trendelenburg. The battery backup uses 9-volt batteries which are not included. The Large size requires 27" of wall clearance — measure before ordering. Adjustable 3-Pillow Waterfall BackThe PR-766's waterfall back uses three individually adjustable pillows arranged in a cascading vertical stack. Each pillow can be repositioned by the user — forward for more lumbar support, back for a softer feel, or angled to suit the shape of the user's spine. This manual adjustability is distinct from the power lumbar found on higher-tier models: it requires no motors or controls, but allows for a level of personalized back shaping that a fixed-pad back cannot. 2-Zone MaxiComfort PositioningMaxiComfort moves the back and footrest independently — the back reclines and the footrest rises in a coordinated four-way motion that reduces shear force on the body. This achieves zero-gravity positioning with feet at or above heart level. The PR-766 does not include power headrest or power lumbar, and does not reach Trendelenburg — feet above head. Arm Covers & Headrest Cover Included StandardBoth arm covers and a headrest cover are included with the PR-766 at no charge — more protective coverage out of the box than any other Golden model in this price range. For patients who use the chair heavily or for caregivers managing fabric wear, these covers are a practical addition that most other chairs require as optional accessories. All are removable for washing.
Switchable Left/Right Remote CordThe AutoDrive 3.0 hand control cord routes through the interior of the arm rather than hanging from the outside. This means the patient can choose which side of the chair the remote exits from — left or right — without any hardware change. For patients who have limited use of one hand, or who have a preferred side for their end table, this routing flexibility matters. The AutoDrive 3.0 also includes programmable memory buttons for two saveable custom positions.
Extra-Wide Chaise Pad + Updated Side PocketsThe redesigned PR-766 features a wider chaise pad for better lower leg support throughout the full recline range — a meaningful improvement for patients who notice the gap between seat and footrest on older-generation chairs. The PR-766 is a 2-zone MaxiComfort chair — back and footrest only. It does not have power headrest, power lumbar, Twilight Tilt, or Trendelenburg. It also uses a 9-volt battery backup rather than lithium-ion, and a bolt-on back rather than quick release. The only heat upgrade available is Deluxe Heat & Vibrate — no HeatWave. For patients who need power headrest and lumbar, the Cloud PR-510 (same price tier, biscuit back) or the Cloud PR-511 (split-arm, 4-zone) are better fits. Call us to discuss. 866-218-0902.
The three back pillows are attached but can each be manually pushed forward or pulled back by the user to change the contour of the back support surface. Pushing the lumbar pillow (the middle one) forward increases lower back support — useful for patients with lumbar pain. Pulling the top pillow back softens the neck and upper back support for a more reclined feel. No motors, no controls — just hands-on adjustment that the patient or caregiver does once to find the right setup, then leaves in place.
Yes, 27" is more wall clearance than most chairs in this category. Most infinite-position chairs need between 20" and 25". Before ordering the Large, measure the distance from the back wall to where the back of the chair will sit, and confirm there is at least 27" clear for the chair to fully recline. The Small only needs 21" — worth considering if room space is tight and the user is within the Small height range. Call us to talk through placement. 866-218-0902.
The 9-volt backup is only used when the power goes out — it provides enough power to return the chair from a reclined position to upright so the user can safely exit. Under normal use the battery lasts for years. You will need to supply the 9-volt batteries yourself as they are not included. Keep a spare on hand. If you prefer lithium-ion backup that recharges automatically whenever the chair is plugged in, consider the Cloud PR-510 Extra Wide or other models with lithium-ion standard.

These pillows are exactly as described, I would say they are softer than I expected but still very good. They come compressed so it will take an hour or so for them to fill up so you will want to open these before bedtime. All in All if you are looking for a reasonably priced pillow that will last a couple of months I would recommend these.

Hallelujah!!! After spending so much money on pillows that didn't work for my aching neck and shoulders, I finally found pillows that works for me and I am SOOOOOO excited. I had my 1st night of comfortable sleeping after years of restless, painful nights. These pillows are the BOMB! I kid you not. I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillow to no avail. I mean, the expensive hotel pillows that were suppose to make you feel as if you're sleeping on clouds made my neck stiff and painful. Let's not talk about that "infamous pillow: advertised on the infomercial that was suppose to be the #1 pillow to fight against neck and back pain. Shhhh, we won't say the name but uh....TRASH. Ok, I'm back. Lost it there for a moment thinking of all the money I wasted on all those pillows that claimed to be "THE PILLOW." LOL..what a joke. So, anyway back to what I was saying about this pillow beauty. The very 1st night I slept on it, I'll admit I was skeptical when I laid down. Scared I was going to wake up with a sore neck and headache to go along with it. I tore the package open, let the pillow inflate, fluffed them with my hands and allowed them to sit for a few hours. I didn't wait the allotted time suggested because I was too anxious to try them and it was almost my bed time. So, excitedly I jumped in bed, laid my head down on the pillow and immediately thought, "oh no, these are too soft. This will not work." I just knew I would wake up to a sore neck. Cautiously, I laid down and waited to drift off, dreading waking up the next morning with a stiffer. (LOL) To my surprise I actually slept all night too. I usually would wake up like a thousand times fighting with repositioning the pillow to find my comfort zone. WOW, not that night. I slept like a baby and wait for it.....I woke up the next morning with NO PAIN! Hallelujah! I couldn't believe it. I was literally pain free in my neck and did not have a headache from the strain on my neck, shoulders and back. Man, is this really happening, I asked myself. This just can't be real. Wake, wake girl. You are dreaming. But nope. I was fully awake and with a pain free neck and shoulders. I jumped up and started getting ready for my day. I finally found the pillow that I wish I had found years ago. Could have saved so much $ from going down the drain. I am SO thankful to all the reviews that I read that shared their positive experience and encouraged me to purchase for myself. I am SOOOO GLAD I took a chance and brought these little beauties. They saved my neck and my sanity. Thank you EIUE Hotel Collection for inventing the pillow that is reasonably priced and that does the job it's intended to do. Allow people to have a good nights rest WITHOUT neck, shoulder and back pain. Your Rock! This is a real review and I am a real person.
