The Sunday Trackies were designed for days where you want that extra level of comfort. This design is unfussy, roomy in fit and intended to feel like a second skin on a sleepy Sunday.
Style wise the Sunday Trackies are high-waisted with an elasticated waistband which also features a drawstring (although you could leave this and just have the elastic). The rise is high enough to hug the belly but roomy enough for it to not feel at all constricted. The legs are full length, neither wide nor skinny and feature ankle cuffs at the bottom to give an optional turn up a bit more style. You also have curved back patch pockets for your essentials.

Construction techniques: Simple stretch stitch seams and a small amount of topstitching.
Fabric requirements:
150 cm wide fabric: Sizes 4 – 16, 190 cm // Sizes 18 – 28, 200 cm.
110 cm wide fabric: Sizes 4 – 16, 220 cm // Sizes 18 – 28, 240 cm.
Notions:
* Thread in a colour to match your main fabric.
* Drawstring - a length of cord to use as a drawstring. Choose your length according to your size: Sizes 4 - 10: 150 cm | Sizes 12 - 18: 175 cm | Sizes 20 - 28: 200cm
* Elastic - you’ll need elastic roughly 2/3cm wide. Check the pattern pieces to find your size and length.
* Eyelets - this is optional, as you can either do buttonholes or eyelets for the drawstring exit point. If you’d like to use eyelets, you’ll need 2 small eyelets that are wide enough for your drawstring.
* Interfacing - a tiny piece of fusing for the top of the pockets and the drawstring entry points.
