How the Custom Paint Process Works:

1. Choose your paint level – When ordering, let us know the complexity of the livery you have in mind (e.g., single color, two-tone, full custom multi-color graphic design).

2. We create your design – Our design team will work up your livery concept and share it with you for approval.
3. Bahrain team review – Once the design is approved, we send it to our painting team in Bahrain to confirm feasibility and calculate the exact cost based on complexity and materials.
4. Final pricing & adjustment – We will contact you with the confirmed price. If the final cost is higher than initially estimated, we will charge the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the difference. No surprises.
5. Production & delivery – Once approved and confirmed, your helmet goes into production. Lead time is approximately 3–5 weeks from design approval.
