This kit is designed for trucks with the updated cooling system:

• ✅ Fits: 1995.5–1997 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke

• ❌ Does NOT fit: 1994–early 1995 trucks with IDI-style cooling systems

  • If your radiator is steel and the cap is located on the radiator itself, you have an early-style system, and this kit will not fit.

  • You must have the plastic expansion tank with cap for compatibility.
