Lapis Magatama 勾玉 replica of ancient form from the Jōmon period is a powerful symbol of early Japanese spirituality and craftsmanship. This piece follows the curved, comma-like silhouette found in archaeological sites dating back thousands of years, reflecting one of Japan’s oldest sacred shapes.
Size 30mm
Carved from deep blue lapis lazuli, a stone prized since antiquity, this magatama connects history, culture, and meaning. Magatama later became part of the Imperial Regalia of Japan, representing spiritual authority, wisdom, and protection. Their origins trace back to ritual use, burial offerings, and symbols of status in prehistoric Japan.
From a mineral perspective, lapis lazuli is a metamorphic rock composed primarily of lazurite, often with pyrite inclusions that give it its iconic celestial sparkle. Historically sourced along ancient trade routes, lapis has long been associated with royalty, truth, and divine insight.
Metaphysically, lapis is known as a stone of wisdom, clarity, and inner truth, while the magatama shape is believed to support life energy, harmony, and spiritual balance. This makes it meaningful not only as a collector’s piece, but also as a talisman, meditation object, or culturally inspired gift.
Whether you are drawn to Japanese history, sacred symbolism, or the grounding beauty of natural stone, this Jōmon-style lapis magatama offers a rare blend of heritage, artistry, and intention—something collectors, history lovers, and spiritual seekers actively look for.

In Japanese culture, the Magatama (勾玉) has been revered for over 1,000 years as a sacred bead symbolizing protection, vitality, and connection to the spiritual world. It was used as a status symbol in ancient times and often placed in Shinto rituals. Pairing this historical form with the metaphysical benefits of rutile quartz makes it a truly meaningful piece.
Each piece is carefully crafted in the traditional Magatama shape.
Perfect for collectors of Japanese cultural artifacts, crystal lovers, or anyone seeking a charm that blends history, beauty, and energy.

Bottles caps don't hold bottles in place!
I love the ink. It makes a beautiful and powerful image when printed. On the flip side, bottles don't sit in tank correctly when filling. Bottles wabble due to cap inappropriate for locking in place. Literally takes hours to fill tanks!! Caps should be the same or similar to the ink caps that comes with Epson ET-15000 ink.

Great Quality!
These sublimated beautifully. I went looking for times and temps in the reviews, but not a lot of people share that information, so I want to say what worked for me. Here's what I did, and it worked great the first time. I sized my image a little bigger, 9.5 in width, and 8 in height. I then placed a thin dish towel over my image and pressed the image for 60 seconds at 400 degrees. It came out vibrant and perfectly coated the full mouse pad. Would recommend. I'll be buying again.
