Citrus bioflavonoids further enhance vitamin C activity. Content: Each bottle contains 60 tablets, providing a 2-month supply at a daily dosage of 1 tablet.

Directions: Adults take 1 tablet daily. Children aged eight years or over take 1/2 tablet daily (the tablets have a break line). For intensive support, the dose can be taken twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
