Palmgren's automatic vertical column cold saw is perfect for short run and high volume production cutting of solids, tubing and profiles in steel and alloys. Built to withstand the rigors of continuous operation requiring accurate material delivery to the cutting area and precise surface finish after the cut. All operator controls are conveniently located in the front of the machine, at the work area and are clearly and logically marked for easy use and identification. Jobs can be quickly set-up and easily changed for increased through put.
- Programable control system controls the saw head down feed placement and movement, part feed movement and vise activation; the miter angle of the saw head is set manually
- The saw is supplied with part counter, 9 programs, each of them with 99 steps for a total of 890 cutting applications
- Cuts 45 degrees to the right and left
- Head rotation stops at 0 & 45 degrees
- The saw head is smoothly advanced on precision machined dovetail ways
- Tempered and ground vise jaws on the both the material feeder and workpiece clamping
- Adjustable anti-burr automatic vise

I have sensitive skin that is constantly getting irritated by moisturizers/seemingly simple skin care products. I read a few blogs/articles/reviews on different products others have tried for similar issues and this one came up, so I decided to give it a try. It’s nice and light and goes on smoothly. Skin feels moisturized and does not get irritated, so that’s a win! The only reason I took off 1 star is it leaves my skin a bit oily for my liking, but that could just be my skin.
