Yao Tong contains a blend of herbs that specifically target the health of the lower back (lumbar) area. These herbs nourish the energies of the Liver and Kidney organs and channels, which helps to strengthen the lower back and relax the muscles; also a helpful formula for sciatic nerve problems with shooting pain radiating down the back of the thigh.

Ingredients: Angelica sinensis root, Eucommia ulmoides bark, Dipsacus asper root, Cibotium barometz rhizome, Angelica dahurica root, Psoralea corylifolia fruit, Achyranthes bidentata root.

Contraindicated during pregnancy.

Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection.

Use with caution in hemorrhagic disorders or with patients on anti-coagulant therapy.
