Lake Hayes Central Otago Pinot Gris 2023Juicy and succulent Pinot Gris with lifted aromatics of pure nashi pear drop, honey dew melon, with hints of sweet cinnamon spice. The palate has a lovely shape balanced delicately between its acidity and natural sweetness. Sourced from long term growers in Alexandra and Lake Hayes. These late ripening vineyards provide fruit that retains purity alongside a bright acidity. Once picked, the grapes were immediately brought to the winery for pressing.

Sourced from long term growers in Alexandra and Lake Hayes. These late-ripening vineyards provide fruit that retains purity alongside a bright acidity.
Once picked, the grapes were immediately brought to the winery for pressing. The juice was settled, racked and fermented with a variety of cool fermenting yeast. Once finished, the wine was blended and rested on fine lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
