It’s fascinating when you see someone step out of their shell, break through imaginary walls, and embrace life experiences that take them to and beyond what they thought their limits were. 

Fear of change can stunt growth, it’s important to acknowledge and feel the fear, but then have the courage to do it anyway. 

Fear of the unknown can feel like a heart-stopping experience, I don’t know many cardiologists, but the one I know, and trust is the inspiration for this design, Dr. M. Codina.

Codina always comes to mind when someone shares their story about stepping out of their comfort zone. Every time, I can picture him saying;

“But did you die?”  

So here is to being adventurous, courageous, and reaching out for our best lives.
