Scott Sub Sport 20 Wave trekking ,city, urban e-Bike
The Sub Sport 20 Wave E-Bike is the smart and convenient way to embrace cycling in the city and a great value. With its step-through frame design that favors most riders and its strong, user-friendly Bosch motor, it’s a bike that makes urban riding a breeze and delivers range for every journey.
Its frame shape eliminates the need to throw a leg over the saddle, and makes it an approachable design that’s comfortable to mount and dismount, and versatile with any type of clothing you’ll be pedaling to your destination.
The Sub Sport 20 Wave uses the quiet Bosch’s Performance PX motor and an 800Wh battery unit. When you start pedaling, the power delivery feels smooth and natural, inspiring confidence for rides in busier areas of town and navigating inclines. There are also multiple mode settings to select to dial in the perfect amount of juice you need for any ride you’ll do on Sub Sport.
Its balanced geometry, stable platform, and front suspension provide exceptional handling, ensuring a comfortable ride even on rough pavement.
Whether you’re commuting to work, running errands, or embarking on longer routes, the Sub Sport 20 Wave excels, and can carry up to 25kg on its rear rack (fitting an optional kids’ seat for the little ones). Combined with Shimano’s 10-speed drivetrain, it offers the perfect gearing and power to make urban riding the most efficient and enjoyable way to get around.

Great book! Little known knowledge shared by a true master!
Format: Paperback
The book arrived on time and in great shape. I had just attended an in person conference by the writer of this book, Donna Eden, and left the conference feeling so much more empowered that I had to know more. Through personal health challenges that left her in constant pain and bedridden in her twenties, and doctors unsure how to help her, Donna Eden who is now in her seventies or eighties, became her own guru!! Utilizing different natural ways of healing and learning all about energy medicine she developed her own personal brand of energy medicine. She is healthy and thriving over 5 decades later. Loaded with information that will change your life and your health in this book she shares with you the knowledge and the energy medicine exercises so you can help yourself. I now own all her books!

Good Book, Very Practical
Format: Paperback
This is a very interesting read and has some great exercises in it. I really enjoyed the book. Then I went on-line and watched a couple videos of Donna Eden speaking, and I have to say she seems like a New Age looney tune, all wide eyes, soft voice and gigantic fake smiles. Itʻs a shame, really, because energy medicine is an important field and having spaced out people representing it gives it a bad name and makes it seem less valid. However, like I said, it is a good book and worth reading. Few books about the energy body actually give exercises on how to work with it yourself, so this gets over the hurdle of other books like Barbara Brennanʻs Hands of Light where if you want to learn the techniques you have to pay a lot of money and go in person to a seminar.

Book has tons of practical information and interesting stories
Format: Paperback
I have been following Mantak Chia's inner smile book and trying to understand the 5 elements theory for a long time.
Donna has not only explained how to use it in detail and but more about Chinese medicine in a way that is simple.
There is a large bibliography she draws from as well as her own papers.
She has combined kinesiology, her special talents, and her personal insights to create a powerful healing book.
I am a layman who is trying to heal herself and I have stopped my prescribed Chinese herbs after a few days since implementing her program.
It's a wholistic book written with as much information as she can impart with the feeling that she is trying to give you as much information as she can because she cares that you implement her exercises correctly.
Mantak Chia said to just try it.
Donna Eden tries to explain the functions but if you don't believe her reasoning or her whyfores, just try it.
It's faster and easier and more gratifying than any other system I have used.
She is top of the class in healing arts.
I didn't find this book until a month ago, where I was incontinent, depressed, headachy, and constantly low on energy.
Thanks to her book I will save a lot of money on diapers, herbs, pharmaceuticals.
My burning bladder noninfections are a thing of the past.
My 8 year search is over, no more empty answers.
