What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels with masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask is removed, we cannot offer a refund.

Why is an enclosure necessary for UV laser engraving?

Laser engraving produces smoke and fumes that can be hazardous. Our enclosure contains these emissions and pairs with exhaust systems to keep your workspace safe and clean.

Can I expand the enclosure later?

Yes! Add a second unit to extend the working area or a second fan to boost exhaust capacity, adapting to your growing needs.

OD rating of OD3+. What does that mean?

OD 3+ means that if a dangerous laser beam hits the panel, less than 0.1% (one-thousandth) of the original power can possibly get through – usually much less, since our panels are tested and certified above OD 3 across the relevant wavelengths.

This is considered eye-safe for most common laser classes (typically Class 3B and Class 4) when viewed briefly from outside the enclosure, which is why it's a very common safety requirement in labs, universities, and manufacturing."

OD 3+ means the panels block at least 99.9% of the laser light – reducing the beam intensity by 1,000× or more – making them safe for incidental viewing during normal operation.
