Region: Inzá, Cauca, Colombia
Country: Colombia
Cup Profile: Plum, Tangerine, Caramel & Nutmeg

This specialty-grade Colombian coffee comes from the smallholder farms surrounding Inzá in Cauca's Tierradentro region, a remote highland area on the western slopes of the Central Cordillera. The region is home to the indigenous Páez (Nasa) people, and roughly 80% of the local population belongs to this community. Farms here are small, typically just half a hectare to 1.5 hectares, with coffee grown alongside food crops on steep volcanic terrain.

At 1,700–2,000 metres above sea level, cool temperatures between 16-22°C and annual rainfall of 1,700–2,000mm create ideal conditions for slow cherry development and concentrated sweetness. The volcanic ash soils contribute to the clean, defined flavour profile that Cauca coffees are known for.

Cherries are selectively hand-picked, de-pulped, and fully washed before drying on raised beds for 5-7 days until optimal moisture content is reached. This careful processing preserves the coffee's clarity and complexity.

We source this coffee through Cofinet, who work directly with farmers via Occicafé and Globalcafé - partnerships that give us confidence in both quality and fair pricing at the farm level.

In the cup, expect juicy plum and tangerine sweetness, warm caramel depth, and a gentle nutmeg spice on the finish. A beautifully balanced coffee with medium acidity that works equally well as espresso or filter.

Tasting Notes: Plum, tangerine, caramel, & nutmeg

Suitable For: Espresso, Filter, Plunger, Stovetop, Aeropress

Defective parts; impossible to assemble
Two of the metal rods were not made in the proper proportion (the metal button that pops up into a hole in another bar each connects to was off from where it is supposed to be located) and were literally impossible to connect to the other two bars that they are supposed to connect to. Hence impossible to assemble. A total waste of money. Possibly the worst quality control I have ever seen.

Bad holes
Poles 1 and 2 don't click together due to poorly drilled holes, the clicker and the predrilled holes don't line up, really should return, but it's for outside, may try to fix the holes with a drill

Quick and easy assembly
This room divider is quick and easy to assemble, and does a great job at providing coverage with its large dimensions. The construction is sturdy and the divider material provides great privacy. This divider is relatively lightweight but despite just the two legs and somewhat large size, it's quite stable.
