About This Release
This edition is credited to Lawson Entertainment, Inc. and features contributions from a stellar lineup of players, including Yukihiro Takahashi and Robert Brill on drums, Haruomi Hosono and Getao Takahashi on bass, plus Pecker and Motoya Hamaguchi on percussion, among others. The opening track, "BREEZIN’" (Bobby Womack), became a standout, and the album also includes the exclusive original "RAINBOW" and a distinct version of The Sadistics' "BLUE CURACAO". A must-have for fans of fusion and rock, the set contains inspired covers of songs associated with Billy Joel, Perez Prado, Santana, Earth, Wind & Fire, and Boz Scaggs.
