A stunning example of late 19th-century English craftsmanship, this circa 1870 pine linen press offers both presence and practicality. Built in two parts, the upper cabinet features three paneled doors that open to generous storage—perfect for linens, sweaters, or household essentials. Below, eight smooth-gliding drawers provide ample organization, each fitted with its original turned wooden knobs.(Please note one of the longer shelves has dark staining on one side, but you can flip it over and the other side has no stains. The tulip feet are not original and have been replaced with new feet. ) 

The bleached pine finish highlights the soft grain and warm character of the wood, while the simple moldings and tulip feet give the piece a grounded, timeless silhouette. Honest wear, subtle knots, and the gentle aging of the surface speak to more than a century of use and care.

The left door has no lock or key, but it does stay closed with a small metal latch (shown in photos 7 & 8). The center door has interior upper and lower sliding latches to secure the door. The right door has a working lock and key. No key for the drawer locks.
