Product Warranty Information
Consumers are protected in Australia by the ACCC, and we have a limited 12-month guarantee against faulty Wellness Diffusers. We will not have spare parts for these diffusers, so replacements/credits are given in lieu of repair offers.
Consumers who purchase a Wellness Diffuser through the Bramble Bay Co website must return the assumed faulty product back to Bramble Bay Co. Bramble Bay Co will test the returned product. If a fault is not evident, the product will be returned to the consumer. If faulty, a new replacement will be sent back or credited to the (including postage costs). The most efficient option is the discretion of Bramble Bay Co.
