Sizing:

• • Sold as a pair.
  • For sizing assistance, email a hand tracing with a 10cm scale, or visit us in-store for a fitting.
  • Large toweling wristbands (4.5 inches) are required to prevent rubbing and blisters on the wrists.

How to Size:

• • Measure from the base of your palm (where the wrist creases) to the tip of the middle finger.
  • Compare this measurement with the size chart below.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS:

• Guard Replacement:

  • It is recommended to replace guards each year or at the first sign of a tear.
  • In case of a tear, discontinue use IMMEDIATELY and replace the guards.
  • The frequency of guard replacement depends on skill level and training hours:
    • Higher skill levels and more hours trained = more frequent replacement.
  • This is important to ensure your safety on the bars.

• Before Use:

  • Check with your coach to ensure the guards are the correct size for you.
  • Guards that have been named, worn, or marked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• Resizing Finger Holes:

  • Do not cut the dowel of the grips, as it risks an accident.
  • Do not use water on your grips, as it will cause the leather to harden and snap.
  • If the finger holes are too small, abrade them slowly with emery paper (do not use a knife or scissors).
  • Do not make the finger holes too large, as this risks the guards slipping off during use.
