Blow-by is an unavoidable side effect of forced induction. When pressurized gases are recirculated through the PCV system, oil particles are carried in that air, which causes your intake system and intake valves to become coated in oil. Over time, this can lead to carbon buildup on valves and reduce octane levels in the combustion chamber by introducing oil to the air/fuel mixture. Direct injection engines, like the L15B7 in your 22+ Honda Civic 1.5T, are prone to harsh carbon buildup on intake valves. The Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can helps prevent these issues by separating that oil mixture from the air returning to your intake system. As air enters the catch can, it flows through the 50-micron bronze filter followed by the air diverter baffle, which helps capture those oily particles and allows them to condense until they become heavy enough to drip into the canister to be collected. This leaves the air flowing back into your intake system clean and ready to be burned again. The kit includes a billet 6061 aluminum can with black CNC-machined aluminum fittings, a direct-fit steel powder-coated bracket, pre-formed application-specific SAE J30R7 hoses, and all required hardware for a clean and tidy installation in thirty minutes or less. This makes maintaining your 2022+ Civic 1.5T system a breeze, as the can is also 100% washable, so you never have to worry about replacing the filtration system. Good starter resistance bands, nice design and fair quality

I recently started working out and spent quite some time choosing resistance bands. I decided to go with this set mainly because it has a huge number of reviews and is very popular, which felt like a safe option for a beginner.
Overall, I think this is a good value-for-money product. The bands look nice, and I really like the color palette — the coffee/milky tones look stylish and different from the usual bright gym colors.
I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable.
At this stage, I’m satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. I’d rate them 4 out of 5.

Great quality
Color: Assorted
I use these bands every day. They have different resistant levels. I’m not sure of the pounds but easier to more difficult in range. You can actually exercise with these bands while you’re watching TV, so I do some of my exercises in the evenings while watching TV, I can see a big difference in the strength of my arms and legs. You just have to keep with it.

Rolls up easily

I purchased these bands after seeing all the positive reviews on Amazon. I like the color options and the variety of resistance bands, however the quality is not that great. Bands are thin and they roll up easily. I’ve used them both on bare skin (which I googled was not recommended because it irritates skin) and on top of leggings and both times the bands roll up. The bag it comes with is also very small and I basically have to roll up the bands to squeeze all of them in there. If you are a beginner at using bands, I think this product is alright. For more advanced workouts, would recommend better quality resistance bands.
