Instructions for Use

1. Pour 12.5 liters of cold water into the mixer.

2. Add 10 kg of Gnocchi Mix (always add the mix into the water, not vice versa).

3. Knead at maximum speed for 2 minutes using a planetary mixer.

4. Shape gnocchi and dust lightly with rice flour or equivalent.

Storage after production:

• Refrigerate at 2–5°C (35–41°F) for several days

• Suitable for freezing
