Grape Seed extract has proved to be one of the most powerful natural antioxidants available, capable of protecting cells from excess damage due to free radical attack. Free radicals are ‘rogue’ molecules released in our body as a result of excess oxidation that takes place due to environmental pollution, exposure to excessive amounts of radiation, smoking and other contaminants as well as poor dietary habits.
