Description

Pentair MasterTemp 400 Coil/Tubesheet Sealing O-Ring KitReplaces the coil tubesheet sealing O rings on Sta Rite Max E Therm SR400 and Pentair MasterTemp 400NA 400LP heaters (Sta Rite 77707 0119). It seals the heat exchanger tubes to the tube sheet to prevent water leaks in the heater manifold. The kit includes 12 OEM O rings for 400K BTU models.

Replaces the coil/tubesheet sealing O-rings on Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm SR400 and Pentair MasterTemp 400NA/400LP heaters (Sta-Rite 77707-0119). It seals the heat-exchanger tubes to the tube sheet to prevent water leaks in the heater manifold. The kit includes 12 OEM O-rings for 400K BTU models.

The wall works great , and I put it together by myself. I only gave it what I did because I have to move one or two of the panels on one end around a bit daily to make an opening to pass through. I find I have to check the screws that hold those legs/feet on frequently and retighten them. Beyond that everything was pretty good quality. (I ended up magnetizing an Allen wrench to one of the feet.) I also put on motion lights to the rollers so you’ll see them and don’t trip.

Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task. Final Verdict I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.
