A wonderful box of healthy and flavorful California Avocados. About the taste Gem avocados were developed in the 1980s at the University of California, Riverside. Gems are a little fatter and oblong than Hass and have a rich buttery texture and nutty flavor with thick pebbly skin.

All avocados are picked to order and delivered fresh from the farm. Once arriving at their destination, they will ripen when stored between 60-70 degrees. Ripe avocados can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
