What vehicle models are NOT supported?--> This is NOT compatible with all BMW, Tesla, Subaru models, aftermarket head units or systems that only support wireless CarPlay/Android Auto. and specific models including Jeep (factory head unit code: VP2R/R1 EXT CH), Toyota (AVH-2178), Nissan (CQ-SQ85K0AD/CV-RN36C0AD), Honda (G11_AO_S), Dodge (R1 EXT NA 38 MY22), and Mitsubishi (N0001H00). If compatibility is uncertain or issues arise, please reach out for assistance.
Q:Why isn't the magic box working?-->Please make sure your vehicle has wired CarPlay/Android Auto and supports on-screen or touchpad navigation. Please note: The Magic Box defaults to CarPlay. If your head unit only supports Android Auto, switch it to Android Auto mode when connecting.
