The blend includes roughly 30% reserve wines for added depth, with about 10–15% of the base wine raised in oak (the remainder in stainless steel) to round the texture while keeping the profile crisp and mineral. A classic, terroir-forward Blanc de Blancs Brut that drinks far above its category.
