Vitamin D is absolutely vital for the development and maintenance of
bones and teeth. A vitamin D deficiency can result in rickets in
children and adults, a lack of bone strength and density and even joint
pain.
Kids are quick to catch the sniffles (and share them with the whole
family!) so it’s important to strengthen their immune system. Vitamin D
helps to support and maintain healthy immune function. In addition to
defending against cold and flu, healthy vitamin D status is linked to a
lower risk of asthma and allergies.
Elderberry + Vitamin C liquid for
Kids is used in Herbal Medicine to promote sweating (diaphoretic), to
help relieve fever (in cases of common colds, flus), to help relieve
symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of
the upper respiratory tract) and joint pain associated with conditions
such as arthritis in adults. Elderberry is used in Herbal Medicine as an
alternative to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys,
skin and mucus membranes in adults. Helps to support immune function.
Recommended Dosage: Children
(5-9 years): Take 1 teaspoon per day, or as directed by a healthcare
practitioner. Adolescents (10-13 years): Take 1 teaspoon, 2 times per
day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Adolescents and Adults
(14 years and over): Take 1 teaspoon, 2-4 times per day, or as directed
by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Refrigerate after
opening.
Caution: Diuretic effect may occur. If symptoms
persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. As with any
natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner
prior to use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use
