The Video 25 Plus is unusually light for a Studio / OB head. With its seven step, temperature-independent damping system, professional camera operators capture the naked truth on video or film with perfect clarity.
The Video 25 Plus displays an 18 step counterbalance which can be adjusted easily and safely in 9 stages with the well known Sachtler dial. Fine-tuning is achieved via a half step function, which can either be engaged or disengaged. Need to change position? Tilt angles up to 90� are no trouble for the Video 25 Plus, even under maximum load. Between others it includes the well-known features from Sachtler, like the Touch & Go quick release system, Self-illuminating Touch Bubble and horizontal and vertical brakes that are conveniently located and easy to reach, for maximum safety in fast-paced reporting situations.
The Video 25 Plus is available either with a 150mm ball base or with a 4-hole flat base that will allow it to be mounted on all 150mm or flat base tripods.
- Frictionless leak proof fluid damping with Seven levels of drag
- A prerequisite for perfect pictures is a panning movement without jerks and vibrations. Sachtler's patented damping system takes everything is stride. The individual modules are frictionless and contain no hydraulic oil. This means they are permanently leak proof. The damping action of heads is identical across both horizontal and vertical planes and offers you seven steps of drag, for smooth camerawork under the toughest of rough conditions. You can completely disengage the drag for fast panning without affecting the dynamic counterbalance system.
- Touch & Go Quick Release / Automatic Locking System
- Stop wasting time by fumbling around with clumsy attachments, or bother screwing the camera to head and then having to unscrew it again. With the Touch & Go system invented by Sachtler, the camera plate is secured to the camera, while the mating balance plate is mounted on the fluid head.
All you need to do is slip the camera into position, engage the mechanism, and the camera is locked firmly in place, when finished just disengage the latch and go. When you set up the camera for the next shot you still have all the original settings. Also features a safety lock lever that prevents inadvertent disengagement of the camera latch.
- Sliding Balance Plate
- The sliding camera mount and plate with a 4.4-inch (150mm Ball Base) or 3.9-inch (Flatbase) sliding range, allows you to compensates precisely for a variety of configuration weights. Ensuring perfect balance across the horizontal plane. Most importantly, once adjusted, the settings cannot be lost.
- 18 Step dynamic counterbalancing system
- Built with torsion springs the dynamic counterbalancing system compensates for torques as the camera tilts, preventing the camera from inadvertently tipping, and ensuring that it is positioned securely at any tilt angle. Freeing you to concentrate fully on your camerawork. Its 18-step counterbalance allows adjustments via dial, in 9 stages and fine tune by half step function, and can be activated and deactivated individually. Independent from the damping system, they work silently and without the need for maintenance.

- Pressure or temperature does not influence the damping system, it has an operating range from
-40�F to +140�F, and works without friction. Shoot wherever you want, from torrid heat to cold climates.
- Vibrationless vertical / horizontal brakes, for maximum safety in fast-paced reporting situations.

this book is totally worth picking up!

Perfect Deke was such a fantastic surprise! I didn’t know what to expect going in, but Ruth Stilling absolutely delivered a fun, emotional, and swoon-worthy ride. From the very first chapter, I was hooked. The characters, the chemistry, and the blend of humor and heart had me coming back for more.
Deke is everything you want in a book boyfriend—charming, protective, and a little bit rough around the edges. But what really stood out to me was how multi-dimensional he was. Sure, he has that tough exterior, but there’s a lot more going on underneath, and I loved peeling back those layers. And let’s not forget the heroine—she was smart, strong, and had a fire to her that I really admired. The dynamic between them was electric, with that perfect mix of banter and deeper emotional connection.
The plot was full of twists and turns, and the romance built up so nicely without feeling rushed. There were moments of tension, but also a lot of lightheartedness that made it such an enjoyable read. I appreciated how the author balanced those heavier moments with some real laugh-out-loud scenes, which gave the book a great flow.
Perfect Deke really had it all—great characters, chemistry, and a plot that kept me turning the pages. It’s definitely a strong start to the Blade Kings series, and I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes next.
If you're into swoon-worthy romances with a mix of humor, heart, and some spicy moments, this book is totally worth picking up!

good spice, poor banter
Format: Kindle
This definitely scratches the itch, but doesn’t offer a ton in terms of plot. The conflict that arises towards the end is weak at best, so if you are a fan of no third act breakup, this could be a good fit. He never really reads as British, but maybe the audio book would be a better option, if an accent does it for you.

oh my stars was this book everything i wanted and more!

The book follows Kendra Hart, an American soccer player, who is in a relationship with Tyler (who cares what his last name is he sucks). But they break up and Tyler isn’t happy about that (because he sucks). That’s when our favorite man, Jack Morgan, can sweep in and fake date her to help her get Tyler off his back. Here’s the drama though, Tyler and Jack used to be rivals in college and now they play for the same NHL team. Jack has had a secret crush on Kendra for years and he doesn’t plan to keep their relationship fake!!
Kendra is just one of my favorite FMCs to date! throughout the whole book she is nothing but loyal and compassionate to all the people around her and she has no idea that her jack wang ex boyfriend was actually the worst until Jack! Jack who has cared about her for years and wants to do everything to help her see how she should be loved! the parking lot comment killed me and i felt like a true ache in my chest! and the third act moment i wish we got to see the rest of the context of the texts because i was just as shocked as Kendra (props to Ruth’s writing!! i was literally gobsmacked) but Jack explains it so no issue there really! the spice was perfect! literally all around i found this book to be amazing!
I think each and every one of Ruth’s books have gotten better and better and that makes me so excited because this book kind of set up the next 2 in the series and i am ON MY KNEEEEESSS PRAYING for a Darcy and Archer book! i love the long term commitment girl with the playboy! its such a fun trope and Liam has been known to make Darcy cry, feel like she’s too much, he kinda monopolizes her time, and reminds me of Elliot who I also hope Darcy gets away from! i’m also excited to see the tropes of the next book because he’s a single dad and she floats around for work but she works in motorcycle shops so i’m not sure if a nanny trope will be there (this is assuming the next book is about Colin which i hope it is!!)

A great hockey romance
Format: Kindle
This was a great hockey romance. Jake is a rookie NHL player who has secretly liked Kendra, a pro soccer star, since college. Kendra ends up without a place to live, so Jake steps in to help. He moves her in. They try to keep it inconspicuous to deter her ex and the team vibe. When her ex, Jake's teammate and rival, won’t leave her alone, Jake steps in to fake date her.
I loved how much Jake adores Kendra. He’s supportive, protective, and says the sweetest things to her. Kendra is tough and confident, but you also see her softer side with Jake. Their friendship is strong before anything romantic happens, which makes their connection feel real.
The fake dating, forced proximity, and “he falls first” tropes are done really well. There are lots of swoony moments, fun banter, and just enough drama to keep things interesting.

Jon Morgan's stepson? Say. Less!

This is book one in the Blade Kings series and we are starting off with a bang because we have Jon Morgan's stepson as our MMC!
This was my first second generation story and I. Loved. it! I am a huge Jon Morgan fan so seeing Jack take the Morgan name and number made me emotional. 🥹
Jack is the textbook definition of a boy obsessed. He has been down hard for Kendra since they first met in college. Unfortunately she was dating his team rival, Tyler. Tyler took Kendra for granted and didn't give her the time and attention she deserved. And Jack hated him for it.
Fast forward a few years and they are all in New York City, where Jack and Tyler are playing on the same team again, and Kendra is a pro soccer player. And there is still nothing but bad blood between Jack and Tyler.
Eventually Kendra realizes that Tyler doesn't value their relationship like he should so she ends things. Which gives Jack the time to work that Morgan (yes I know he's not really a Morgan but he acts like one). 😏
When Kendra needs a place to stay Jack is more than happy to offer up his place. And when Tyler won't leave her alone they decide to enter into a fake relationship to keep him away. Which causes some 💥 on and off the ice between the guys
As you can imagine it doesn't take long for Kendra to realize how incredible Jack is and how much she was missing out on.
My girl Kendra is a total badass independent queen. She is fierce and dedicated, but also vulnerable and passionate. They give us some top notch banter and chemistry that is off the charts.
Jack is so patient and sweet and swoony and treats her how she deserves to be treated. The way he cares for and loves her had me in a puddle.
Ruth absolutely slayed this book like she does all of her others. At this point if she writes it I'm going to read it and I'm going to love it! If you haven't already you need to add it to your TBR you will not be disappointed.
