One-of-one. Born December 10, 2025. Georgia custom.

Tim Rowland of Rowland Cutlery is a former executive chef with 21 years in the kitchen industry who transitioned into custom knifemaking with a focus on precision grinds and premium materials. He is a member of the Georgia Custom Knife Makers Guild. This Jackrabbit is a 4" clip point fixed blade built on ProCut high carbon steel with a multi-material handle that is as distinctive as anything in the custom fixed blade market: curly teak, bog oak, trustone, and black and red G10 worked together into a single handle that changes character depending on the light and the angle. Both a Kydex sheath and a leather sheath are included. Born December 10, 2025. One of a kind.

ProCut is a high carbon steel selected for toughness and edge-taking ability. Tim applies his own heat treatment to each blade and finishes with a full height flat grind that produces the slicing performance he developed an eye for during his years in professional kitchens. A clip point profile gives you a strong tip with a long, useful cutting edge.

Note from Lone Star Knife & Supply: The handle on this Jackrabbit is the reason you pick it up. Curly teak, bog oak, trustone, and G10 together on a custom fixed blade is a combination you don't see in production. Tim Rowland grinds the way a former chef sharpens: with knowledge of what a blade actually needs to do. This is a unique handmade knife from a Georgia maker who is building something real.

Great Exfoliator, Love That tThere's Three of Them
This three pack of exfoliating loofah poufs is exactly what I need for those times when my skin is super dry and I really just need a good scratching. Each loofah has the same scratchiness as scratching with my own fingernails, only it covers so much more area and does a better, more even job. It's easy for me to find soft loufahs for a gentle everyday scrubbing, but during the winter the soft, gentle approach just doesn't work as well. That's where these three exfoliating loufah poufs come in. They make a perfect supplement to my winter bathing routine. Each half of each loofah is designed to look like a beautiful flower in bloom, which I think is kind of cool and very unique. That also makes them very giftable in my opinion, either as a set or individually as party gifts or stocking stuffers. This set of three loufahs currently lists for $25.50, so $8.50 per loufah. Since I consider these both artistic and very functional, to me that's a good value.

Do not buy if looking for reusability
This product is made of a folded sheet tied together with a granny knot. And it is cut short on the ends so when it eventually comes undone (2 days) it's a nightmare to tie back together. On the plus side, though it says it's made of cotton, if you're looking to exfoliate your skin from your body, it's a loofah form of a songwol towel used at Korean Spas. So... there's that.

Sustainability good, texture rough
I love the sustainability of these but they are quite scratchy. They do get a little softer over time, but if you have sensitive skin beware.
