This large-capacity filter has a 25-micron rating and uses a modified carbon block filtration system to reduce chlorine taste and odor (CTO) and sediment in your drinking water. It’s compatible with 3M Aqua-Pure Large Diameter Housing Systems like the AP802.

The AP817-2 cartridge features a Progressive Porosity Process that effectively captures larger particles on the outer layers, while smaller particles are trapped towards the core. This design ensures even loading for maximum cartridge life. Its square-grooved surface provides more sediment-trapping area compared to traditional filters, and its rigid construction allows it to withstand varying water pressures.

With a 6-month replacement interval and a flow rate of 20 gallons per minute (75 liters per minute), the filter operates within a temperature range of 40°F to 100°F (4.4°C to 37.8°C). The 3M Aqua-Pure AP800 Series offers a reliable, low-maintenance solution for improving water quality in your home.
