Cancellations and Refunds
Rescheduling Date: If you are unable to attend the course, please contact us 3 business days in advance of the course date so that we can reschedule.
Cancellation by the buyer: When the course is purchased online or by telephone, the cancellation of participation in the course can occur within 7 days from the date of purchase. However, a 5% discount will be given by the PagBank platform, in the card modality, whether credit and/or debit.
Refund: In case of cancellation within 7 days, the amount will be refunded within 30 days from the date of the refund request. In case of unjustified no-show, the amount will not be refunded.
Cancellation by Finamac™: The course will be cancelled if the minimum number of people is not reached. Finamac™ will contact those who have already registered 7 working days in advance to inform them of the cancellation. When this type of cancellation occurs, those who have already paid will have two options: reschedule the course for the next available date
or refund of payment.
