How to use
Fill your bath tub with warm water, add one to two tbsps of bath salt in it. Soak yourself in the water. If you do not have a bathtub then you can use a bowl of water, add bath salt to it and create a hand or foot soak.
Alternatively, you can take one tbsp of salt in half a bucket of water and dissolve it. Take bath with it and lastly rinse with normal water.
