Active Ingredients: Each capsule contains 525mg of psyllium husk powder. Dosage: Adults 12yrs and over: To supplement daily fibre intake 2 - 6 capsules. To help restore and maintain regularity 6 capsules. Doses can be taken 1-3 times daily. Take with at least 250ml of liquid (swallow one capsule at a time). This product is not recommended for children under 12 years. Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking. Take two hours before or after ingesting any medication to minimize any effect on drug absorption. Before using this product, consult a doctor if you have a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks, or have abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or rectal bleeding.
