Ideal for use in high traffic, public facilities, the hook is made of type-304, stainless steel and is covered with a 14-gauge, extra durable faceplate. The hook portion of the unit is 1-1/4 inches in length and will snap down if too much weight is placed on the piece. The faceplate is 7/8 of an inch in depth and has a satin finish to resist fingerprinting. The square hook unit is 4 inches in width by 4 inches in height and is secured to the wall via four countersunk screw holes and the included hardware. When installed 38 to 40 inches above the floor, the hook ensures full compliance with ADA and other barrier-free accessibility guidelines.
