The BodyGuard Clear Back Camera Case from LensCoat , in Realtree MAX-5 finish, is a camera cover that is used under all conditions to protect your camera from everything, from scratches and dings to cold weather. In addition to the basic protective nature of the cover, it can also be used to reduce shutter noise in venues where "quiet" is the operative word. Although not a formal blimp type design, it can help reduce the noise traditionally associated with current DSLRs.
It's made from rugged neoprene and is comfortable in your hand. There are finger slits on the side for access to the various camera switches and buttons. You can even slide your finger under the cover for direct access to the shutter release button.
The BodyGuard slides on and off easily, facilitating battery exchange or memory card replacement. There is even room for your flash and camera strap. It is designed to fit prosumer bodies without the optional body grip installed. The Realtree MAX-5 camouflage pattern offers maximum effectiveness in open terrain.
