Hardwax Oil

This is General Finishes® easiest finish ever! Hard Wax Oil is a high-quality urethane-solids polymer in a blend of oil and wax that enhances the natural look of wood. The urethane gives Hard Wax Oil improved chemical and mechanical properties over standard oil and wax finishes. The recommended use is for interior raw wood furniture, millwork and woodworking projects. What results you can expect? It will not crack or peel, can be buffed to a slightly higher sheen, and is very easy to use. This is a maintenance product. Reapply when wear becomes evident. Use with optional General Finish Hardener to improve durability and shorten dry time - Sold separately.

• Mix GF Hard Wax Oil thoroughly to reincorporate solids.
• Add 10% GF Hardener by volume (for example, 1/2 tsp per 2 fluid oz) to GF Hard Wax Oil.
• Stir mixture well before applying.
• Caution: Finish may only be mixed once. Mixed product will harden in 4 to 6 hours.
