When sealing strength matters, Cometic MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) head gaskets deliver proven reliability for high-output diesel engines. Designed specifically for the 1994–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke, these gaskets provide maximum sealing performance without the need for additional sealants.

Cometic MLS gaskets are constructed from multiple layers of embossed stainless steel, allowing them to withstand extreme cylinder pressures while maintaining excellent rebound characteristics. The outer layers are coated with Viton®, a heat-resistant fluoroelastomer that resists corrosion and seals reliably under harsh operating conditions.
