Kit Kemp Sailor'S Farewell Tea Cup And Saucer by Wedgwood

Blending Kit Kemp's love of craft and simple folk art in a fun and lyrical way, Sailor's Farewell tells the story of a sailor's loved-one waving goodbye on a rock with her scarf flying in the wind. As she waves goodbye, the motifs around the china show the sailor's adventures on the high seas both above and below the waterline. The delicate pale blue linen finish of the original fabric inspiration is discernible on the tableware and finished with a stronger blue and gold line around the rim. The Sailor's Farewell Teacup features the sailor's ship with its rust red sails and a curious octopus below in the depths, while the Tea Saucer presents the loved one in her yellow dress gazing out at the ocean. Beautifully presented in Wedgwood's signature blue gift box, crafted in fine bone china and finished with 22 karat gold.

Not as good as the prequel but still amazing
Format: Hardcover
This book made me laugh cry and everything in between. In my opinion, Last Night at The Telegraph Club was a better book overall but this one was also good and i love the way the prequels story was connected to this books main character. I will say the beginning is a bit dry but it picks up towards the middle, stick with it!

Breathtaking
Format: Kindle
A fantastic coming of age story about a young woman finding love for the first time while spending the summer before college with her grandmother. She also manages to reconnect with her artistic side as she spends time with her grandmother, who is a fairly well known artist. Though it is subtle, I felt that the interplay between the scientists heading off to MIT to study planetary science and the artist trying to figure out whether the abstract painting she was working on was still "speaking to her" or just something she messed up is the tension that drives a good portion of Aria's story.

Very Important Message for All of Us
Format: Hardcover
Absolutely delightful, oftentimes comical look at what is a very serious situation, collection of memorable metaphors of a memoir. A real page turner. I highly recommend it. There is a subtle recognition of a spiritual nature that we are all born with. Only some of us have the courage to live out the compelling spiritual direction that we come into the world with. Thank you Kyle.
