Rokinon Cine DS Wide-Angle Lens Kit for APS-C (Sony E)

This Cine DS Wide-Angle Lens Kit for APS-C features Rokinon's 10, 16, 24, and 35mm focal length Cine DS lenses, all in a Sony E-mount. All four of the included lenses cover APS-C-sized sensors, with the 24 and 35mm lenses also covering full frame. The lenses all feature a multi-layer coating to improve contrast and reduce flare, and each lens is compared to a standard at the factory, minimizing differences in color that may arise from the multi-layer coating process. This makes for smoother intercutting between the lenses.

The internal focus design, common with cine-style lenses, means that the lens front does not rotate as you change focus. This enables the use of screw-in filters such as polarizers as well as clip-on matte boxes to be used, facilitating video shooting. The lenses feature a de-clicked iris, which is an important feature for a cine lens to have, as it allows you to pull the aperture and make smooth exposure adjustments in the shot. The lenses feature focus scales on both sides of the lens, which is a helpful aid for focus pullers, who can then pull focus from either side of the lens without having to spend time marking it up for operation from either side.

The lens comes in Sony E mount, and it features industry standard geared focus and iris rings that share common position with other Rokinon Cine DS lenses. To aid focus pullers who have to work both sides of the lens, the aperture and focus scales are marked on both sides of the lens.
  
  This 10mm lens produces a 109.5° angle-of-view when used on cameras with APS-C-sized sensors. Hybrid aspherical lenses render sharply defined images with a minimum of distortion and chromatic aberrations, with a minimum focus distance of 7.9" from the lens. A built-in petal shaped lens hood provides flare protection when shooting without a matte box.

  Nano Coated lenses minimize flare and ghosting, and the lenses are color matched to a standard, eliminating the need to acquire an entire set of lenses at the same time.
