Each action is powered by an evolving hand of vampire cards and strategic placement of Order Tokens across the city’s locations. As your new Order grows, you’ll earn powerful abilities and Victory Points, but beware-your increasing influence stokes Fear in the city, making future operations more dangerous and contested.
