On the palate, it is marvelously dry, with a burst of lychee followed by herbs and a little savouriness. Fresh and well-balanced, good texture and a lovely finish.

Golden colour with straw yellow hints. Intense, aromatic and fruity on the nose. The palate is full to the brim with a fresh liveliness that is well balanced. It is structured, harmonious and persistant with delicate flavours. 

24 hours maceration, soft pressing, fermentation with the controlled temperature at 14°C. Refinement in stainless steel.

Food Pairing: Excellent with fish, shellfish and cheese.
