From a sun drenched site high up on a north facing slope in Gibbston comes this ethereal yet powerful Pinot Noir. Aromas of red fruits cherries and raspberries with a wild herbal edge, are followed by a rich and satisfying palate. A multi layered wine with a firm backbone of mouthwatering mineral acidity, which goes on and on. With the balance and depth to develop over many years in bottle the wine is already delicious as a youngster on release, demonstrating the heights Pinot Noir can achieve on a warm site, with low yields in Gibbston.

28% whole cluster. No enzymes and extended maceration with 25 days on skins. 10 months in small French Oak, 30% new. Unfined and unfiltered. Certifed Vegan.
