- Flipdot Pro has a folding optical lens system that flips up with push of a lever and automatically turns on when deployed and turns off when the lens is folded down in the locked into position.
- The Flipdot Pro includes several mounting onto a wide variety of firearms. The optic includes a Picatinny/weaver type rail mount, Glock® MOS plate, spacers, and a rear sight dovetail mount for most Glock® double-stack models. The base of the Flipdot Pro is also RMR® micro dot sights compatible. Flipdot Pro fits onto most slides that have been machined to accept RMR® micro dot sights.
- The optic has precise elevation and windage adjustment for zeroing the optic.
- Flipdot Pro is powered by a CR2032 type battery (included). The battery compartment is located on the side of the optic vertically. You can change the battery without affecting the optic's zero. The battery compartment has a + button for increasing the red dot brightness and a - button for decreasing the brightness level of the red dot. There are 5 brightness levels for the red dot reticle.

The Ironman logo is a serious distraction.

A wonderful watch, with one serious problem: for me at least. The big Ironman Logo at 9 O'clock position is a very confusing element in this otherwise nice design: it competes and completely overwhelms the two Hands read-out. The Logo can give you misleading time: because one confuses it for the Minutes Hand. In a hurry, one is bound to make such mistakes -- call it a human error, but this one can have serious consequences, i.e. reading the wrong time.
I have a couple of digital Ironman watches, and Timex does a great job with their usability and quality. This watch is of very high quality too. I love the dual display, and it is very practical.
All this watch needs is a removal of the white Ironman logo. That would also make reading the digital readout easier. Please leave the Minute and Hour hand to their exact shape/design -- i.e. don't mess it up. This watch has the potential to be a much more user-friendly watch. I hope the next gen has a simple dial with hopefully even an easier digital readout. Please color the 'Start' Button Orange. I love the Orange Seconds hand.
Overall: Size is good. Strap is good. A very good concept digi-ana. Very practical.

Lemon

I love the watch design, but the watch itself is a complete lemon. I have bought this watch three separate times and it still does not work properly. The first time, the hour and minute hand swung freely in the watch. I returned it directly to Timex. The second time, I bought from Amazon thinking the first watch had defect and the return policy with Amazon is less cumbersome than Timex. Right out of the box, I set the date/time and played around with the features of the watch that I most commonly use, most the chrono function. When I press start on the chrono function, the watch completely blacks out and resets itself somehow, meaning I have to set the date/time again. I sent the watch back to Amazon for a replacement. When the new watch arrived...same issue...the watch resets itself every time I start the chrono function. Very disappointing. Come on, Timex. You are better than this.

Garbage

Absolute garbage. The date that came up was from 2022. Most buttons did not work. Once you got into changing the time, etc, the watch locked up and would not get out of 'timer' mode. The watch lost 10 minutes in three hours. Do not purchase.
