Producer
Since 2012, this three-hectare site has been owned by Bordeaux entrepreneur, Peter Kwok. The vineyards are spread over nine plots and in 2012 the old stables were converted into a modern winery, whilst an old stone post office building has become the barrel hall.
Vineyard
The vines are planted on fine gravel, with crasse de fer and clay in the subsoil. The vines are Guyot trained and green harvesting is carried out when necessary.
Winery
A traditional vinification is carried out and 20% of the wine is aged in barrique for fifteen months.
