Being a motion picture stock, BWXX was designed to be pushed and pulled and provides excellent results at different ISOs. At box speed the film must be exposed properly to get the best results. Whether you’re a seasoned film photographer or just starting, this film is a joy to use.

Our BWXX is fresh stock, sourced directly from Kodak India. Rigorous testing, including technical ISO rating assessments, confirms its exceptional quality.

You can send us the film for processing. The CPB Darkroom offers comprehensive film services, including mail-order development, traditional contact printing, digital inkjet prints and high-resolution scanning.

What is ReSpool?

ReSpooling film is the act of purchasing film in bulk quantities by the 100’s of feet and spooling them by hand into empty film canisters. The film is loaded in a light-controlled environment using specialised equipment and produces identical results to commercially packaged films.
