The item comes fully finished out of the package and is Hand Cast in a lightweight Polystyrene that will never shrink, split or crack. A 1.5 inch center hole is provided for the installation of chandeliers and fans. The overall measurements are 99.50 x 3 x 99.5. Hollow wall anchors or installation screws are available at your local hardware store, as your need will vary depending on your ceiling.
