It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals. The filter features an injection molded base and top for lighter weight and rigidity. Its base includes a built-in 3-angle velocity stack for smooth, even airflow and captive screws to easily attach the filter to the housing. Quantum uses an integrated filter-to-housing design that attaches both components with four captive screws, making for a positive surface area seal and easy installation. Its durable sealed housing features a unique, five rib, industrial-grade look for aFe quality recognition. Quantum uses a dyno-tuned, computer designed intake tube to achieve optimum air flow and a perfect fit. Its XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Quantum cold air intake systems include a silicone bellows coupling to absorb excessive engine movement and provide flexibility, for a long-lasting secure installation. Quantum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and easy installation. This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. Don’t waste your money or time!

Don’t waste your money. The instructions make no sense and the metal poles are either sized wrong for the product or screw holes are incorrectly placed, but no two poles matched in size and placement making it impossible to put this together without the panels being warped. No matter how I tried to switch the poles to see if I had them wrong, they always turned out warped and incorrectly fit. I finally gave up and threw everything out - I wasted $50 on this junk and because I didn’t try to put it together immediately after I bought it, it is way too late for a refund. Lesson learned!
