Sticker Fab has produced a number of 3D Carbon vinyl overlays for the interior of the GR Supra. These usually cover areas that are prone to scratching and/or just very plain. The overlays are an easy and affordable way to add some customization to your vehicle. These mods are easy to remove should you ever change your mind or trade in your vehicle.

MATERIAL DETAILS

Dragon Wrap™ Carbon Fiber Film is a 5.6 mil calendered vinyl film featuring a clear repositionable permanent acrylic adhesive on an air-egress liner. This film has excellent dimensional stability, outstanding durability and outdoor performance. This repositionable permanent adhesive offers minimal initial bond growing to permanent bonds that facilitates application of large graphics. The air egress liner also aids in large graphic application.

Lasts up to 5 years outdoors.

Care Details: Concept Carbon Fiber film should be maintained to preserve long term appearance using standard aftercare products designed for textured exterior vinyl surfaces. A commercially available protectant such as Armor All or 303 Aerospace Protectant is recommended. DO NOT use waxes of any type.

INSTALLATION NOTES

Clean the application area and make sure it is clear of any dirt, debris, and/or Armor All. Note that there are small relief cuts in the top two corners of the vinyl. There is a larger relief cut at the bottom in the right corner. These relief cuts are to make the vinyl easier to install over a curved surface. You want to push the vinyl into these corners and allow the material to overlay. On the top, if you can't get the areas to lay down flat, you may turn the relief cut into a full cut by using scissors. This will let you overlay the areas with ease.

We recommend that you have a hair dryer or heat gun around to encourage the vinyl to stick. It can also help prevent areas from creasing.

Our installation started around the buttons closer to the passenger side. Large areas with straight lines are great references for installing vinyl evenly. Push all of these areas down in the center and work your way out to the edges. You can massage this vinyl with your fingers to prevent creases. Squeegees are not recommended and not needed. Material is pressure activated so continue to press down areas that are not adhering on the first pass.
