The IS43DR16640B-25DBLI is a 1Gb DDR2 SDRAM with 400MHz frequency, DDR2-800D speed grade and 64Mb x 16 organization. For application flexibility, burst length, burst type, CAS# latency, DLL reset function, write recovery time (WR) are user defined variables and must be programmed with a Mode Register Set (MRS) command. Additionally, DLL disable function, driver impedance, additive CAS latency, ODT (On Die Termination), single-ended strobe and OCD (off chip driver impedance adjustment) are also user defined variables and must be programmed with an Extended Mode Register Set (EMRS) command. Contents of the Mode Register (MR) or Extended Mode Registers EMR[1] and EMR[2] can be altered by re-executing the MRS or EMRS Commands. Even if the user chooses to modify only a subset of the MR, EMR[1] or EMR[2] variables, all variables within the addressed register must be redefined when the MRS or EMRS commands are issued.

Great Power and Creamy Foam

This frother is amazing and has really good power. It creates creamy, smooth foam in seconds and works perfectly for iced lattes, cappuccinos, and matcha. I love that it’s rechargeable and lightweight, but still feels strong and high quality.
As someone who loves coffee, this has become one of my favorite tools for making café-style drinks at home. Easy to use, easy to clean, and looks beautiful on my coffee station.

Powerful easy to operate but splashes

Excellent frother--Very powerful and easy to turn on/off with one button. The only downside is it requires a deep container in which to froth. The frothing pitcher I had was too small and milk splashes everywhere. There is no lower speed so it works fast. I am using a deep insulated container now for frothing. Otherwise, very quite, easy to operate no pushing down on the top like other frother wands. I love it as long as I can control it to limit the splashing.

Froths Milk in Seconds

Frother I had for a couple of years broke. Based on reviews I bought this. Love it being rechargable. The POWER! It froths milk in seconds. Also great for that after workout protein drink. Also is a little longer than my last frother so it works great with larger glasses.
