• For any repairs not covered by the Kielder Warranty
  (see product manual / online warranty statement for terms and conditions)
• Price inclusive of carriage (both ways) and labour
• Repair covered by 3 month warranty
  (standard Kielder terms and conditions apply)
• Excludes batteries - separate charge for non-warranty battery repairs
• Once the service has been purchased, we will arrange the return of your product.
  
  Please note: It is your responsibility to return any batteries, that you suspect could be faulty, with the tool you are sending in for repair. If we receive the tool with no batteries and it is deemed to be a battery fault that is causing the issue, then a minimum further charge of £12 inc VAT will apply.
